Shandong Linqu, belonging to Weifang City, is located in the middle of Shandong Peninsula, southwest of Weifang City, the northern foot of Yishan Mountain, the upper reaches of the Mi River. East and Changle County, Anqiu City adjacent to the south and Yishui, Yiyuan County border, north of Zibo City, Qingzhou City.
Linqu since the Western Han Dynasty county so far more than 2,000 years, known as “the hometown of opera”, “the hometown of painting and calligraphy” and “China’s ornamental stone hometown” and so on, is one of the first batch of “national cultural model counties”, “the national social and cultural advanced counties”, there are more than 210 Dawenkou, Longshan, and other ancient cultural heritage sites, from Linqu, the bus can reach Weifang, Zibo, 2.5 hours to the capital of Shandong Province, Jinan.
The Linqu Half Marathon in Shandong Province, on the other hand, was first founded in 2024 as a rare marathon event during the National Day holiday in China, and the event introduced the benefit of a bonus for the first 100 finishers.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 100 men and top 100 women in the half marathon event, the top 50 men and top 50 women in the police half marathon group, and the top 50 men and top 50 women in the Linqu-based participants in the half group;
